CAT-Astrophic! Proceed with Paw-tion
A downloadable game for Windows
Cat-Astrophic! Is a first-person shooter with a focus on fast-paced gameplay. The player must blast their way through incoming waves of deadly (but cute) Catblobs that are taking over a semi-industrialised cityscape. To work towards the brief assigned by Spilt Milk Studios, “Overwhelming numbers/ Unbalanced odds”, player movement has been limited, giving the game a literal take on fight or flight mechanics.
This is a student project for DES310 at Abertay University. The team's tutor is Gareth Robinson.

I really enjoyed developing the AI for the cat-blobs... despite it taking 4 attempts!
It allowed me to be creative on how it was implemented.
Very fun project to be a part of and I especially love the squishy Cat-Blobs.
